Non-contact. All welcome. Pure sport.
Sundays & Wednesdays — come as you are.
Whether you've played touch all your life or you're picking up the ball for the very first time — there's a place for you at CPH Touch. Our sessions are relaxed, social and fun, but don't be surprised if things get competitive!
We train rain or shine at Fælledparken. Just turn up in comfortable kit and trainers. No kit required — just bring your energy.
Get in TouchTouch rugby is a fast, non-contact version of rugby played worldwide. No tackles, no scrums — just speed, skill, and teamwork. It's one of the most inclusive and social sports on the planet.
Two teams of six take the field. The attacking team has six touches to score a try before handing over possession. A "touch" replaces the tackle — just a tap on the body with one or two hands. After a touch, play restarts with a rollball (roll the ball between your legs to a teammate).
There are no scrums, no lineouts, and no kicking. The ball can only be passed backwards or sideways — just like in rugby union or league. If you drop it or pass it forward, the other team gets the ball.
Games are typically two 20-minute halves with rolling substitutions, so everyone gets plenty of time on the field. It's fast, it's intense, and it's a seriously good workout.
No tackles, no rucks. A gentle touch is all it takes. Safe for all ages and experience levels.
The attacking team gets six touches to score. After six, possession switches to the other team.
Players swap on and off freely throughout the game. Everyone plays, everyone rests — no one sits on the bench.
Played as mixed gender by default. All fitness levels, all backgrounds, all welcome. Speed and smarts beat size every time.
